How It Works
- Each Black piece with legal moves is polled with
gpt-5-mini - Proposed moves are heuristically scored in Python
- An orchestrator model (
gpt-5.2) picks the final move - Each piece gets risk estimates for its moves
- The orchestrator can override the heuristic scores
